欧洲花楸与陕甘花楸的遗传差异性及其果实成分分析

摘　　要：为花楸的引种驯化及开发应用提供技术参考,以固原市引种的欧洲花楸和当地陕甘花楸的叶片和果实为研究材料,采用RAPD技术对叶片进行遗传差异性分析,并检测花楸果实的营养成分。结果表明:欧洲花楸和陕甘花楸具有遗传差异性,属于花楸属的2个不同种;果实营养成分和矿物质元素含量为欧洲花楸琥珀果>欧洲花楸玫瑰果>陕甘花楸,酚类化合物含量陕甘花楸>欧洲花楸玫瑰果>欧洲花楸琥珀果。欧洲花楸比陕甘花楸的开发利用价值更高。The genetic difference between Sorbus aucuparia and Sorbus koehneana is compared by RAPD technology and the nutrition components are determined to provide a technological reference for introduction,domestication,development and application of Sorbus pohuashanensis.Result:There is a genetic difference between S.aucuparia and S.koehneana,which indicates that S.aucuparia and S.koehneana belongs to two different species in S.pohuashanensis genus.The nutrition components and mineral elements content follow the sequence of S.aucuparia amber fruit>S.aucuparia rose fruit>S.koehneana fruit but the phenolic compound content of follow the sequence of S.koehneana fruit>S.aucuparia rose fruit>S.aucuparia amber fruit.In conclusion,S.aucuparia has the higher value of development and utilization compared with S.koehneana.
