Forsus矫治器和SGTB矫治器治疗青少年安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形的临床疗效对比

摘　　要：目的分析Forsus矫治器与SGTE矫治器在青少年安氏Ⅱ类错跆畸形中的疗效。方法选择2016年7月至2017年12月我院收治的11~13岁安氏II类错移畸形下颌后缩患者48例,随机平均分为两组。A组使用Forsus矫治器,B组使用SGTB矫治器,记录两组的骨性指标、上下颌中切牙指标。结果与T0时相比,两组T1、T2时的Co-Go、Co-Gn、SNB、Pg-FHp、B-FHp升高,ANB降低(P均<0.05);T1、T2时,A组的Co Gn、SNB均高于E组(P<0.05)。T1、T2时,两组的LI-MPA、U1-PP、Ul-SN均高于TO时(FV0.05);T0、T1、T2时,两组的LI-MPA、U1-PP、U-SN比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论安氏II类错粘畸形双期矫治期间,Forsus矫治器促下颌生长效果较SGTB矫治器更明显,但二者均有优势和不足,临床应根据实际情况进行选择。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Forsus appliance and SGTB appliance in the treatment of class II malocclusion in adolescents.Methods 48 patients aged 11 to 13 with class II malocclusion and mandibular retrusion admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally.Group A used Forsus appliance,and group B used SGTB appliance.The bone index,and upper and lower middle incisor index of the two groups were recorded.Results Compared those at To,the Co-Go,Co-Gn,SNB,Pg-FHp,B-FHp and AH at Ti and T2 increased,and the ANB decreased(all P<0.05).At T1 and T2,the Co-Gn and SNB in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).At T1and T2,the LI-MPA,Ul-PP and Ul-SN of the two groups were higher than those at To(P<0.05).At To,T1 and T2,no statistical difference was found in the LI-MPA,Ul-PP and Ul-SN between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions During the two-stage treatment of class II malocclusion,Forsus appliance has more obvious effect on mandibular growth than SGTB appliance.Both have advantages and disadvantages,so clinical choice should be based on the actual situation.
