发挥教学督导作用 加强教学质量监控

摘　　要：多年来,我院教学督导在教学质量诊断、保障和监控过程中发挥了重要作用。文章结合我院实际就教学督导内容与作用、督导机构设置、队伍建设、督导运行等进行探讨,指出了存在的问题并提出改进建议,对于高职院校更好地发挥教学督导在教学质量监控中的作用、探索形成教学督导模式具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。For many years, the teaching supervision plays an important role in diagnosing, guaranteeing and monitoring the teaching quality. Combining with the reality of our college, the paper explores the teaching supervision’s contents, organization establishment, team construction and operation, and puts forward some problems and countermeasures, which provide some references for the vocational colleges to give full play to the role of teaching supervision and form the mode.
