知识流动视角下校企合作资源配置策略选择研究

摘　　要：基于企业和高校拥有资源的异质性所引发的校企合作资源配置策略的多重选择问题,本文在知识流动的视角下构建了企业和高校两类创新主体演化博弈模型,深入探讨了校企合作资源配置策略的演化路径,分析了支付矩阵各参数变化对资源配置策略选择结果的影响,并进行数值模拟。研究结果表明:知识嵌入型资源配置策略的选择与校企双方的行为策略密切相关;企业和高校在资源配置选择中具有自组织的特性;校企双方获得利益,高校获得政府奖励和企业获得额外收益的增加对选择知识嵌入型资源配置有促进作用,相关资源消耗的提高对选择知识嵌入型资源配置策略有抑制作用,而共同收益分配比率与选择知识嵌入型资源配置之间存在倒U形关系。Enterprises and universities have heterogeneous resources,resulting in multiple choices of resource allocation strategies.From the perspective of knowledge flow,it established an evolutionary game model and analyzed the evolution path of different resource allocation strategies of industry-university.What's more,it considered the influence of the change of payoff matrix parameters on the result of resource allocation strategy selection,and completed the numerical simulation.The results show that the choice of knowledge embedded resource allocation strategy is closely related to the behavior strategy of industry-university.The choice of resources allocation in industryuniversity has the characteristics of self-organization.The gains of the industry-university,government reward and extra profits of enterprises play positive roles in choosing knowledge-embedded resource allocation strategy.The increase of resource consumption of industry-university has a negative effect on the choice of knowledge-embedded resource allocation strategy.However,there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the common income distribution ratio and the choice of knowledge-embedded resource allocation strategy.
