创业导师胜任力影响因素研究——基于模糊解释结构模型

摘　　要：创业导师胜任力作为衡量创业导师能力的重要指标,与所指导项目的成败有着紧密联系。以创业导师胜任力影响因素为研究对象,在调查问卷基础上,借助模糊解释结构模型确定出影响创业导师胜任力的因素及相互关系,再运用交叉影响矩阵相乘分析法识别出系统中各因素的驱动力与依赖性。结果表明:创业导师胜任力影响因素系统可以划分为五个层级,创业资源与指导培训为关键层因素,指导条件为基础层因素,指导政策为根源层因素;其中,指导政策、指导条件和指导培训三个因素驱动力较强,是管理与干预的重点对象。因此,建议要完善指导政策,树立宏观导向;改善指导条件,塑造服务风尚;重视指导培训,提升指导能力来增强创业导师胜任力。As an important indicator for measuring the ability of entrepreneurial mentors,entrepreneurship mentor competency is closely related to the success or failure of the guided projects.Based on the questionnaire,taking the factors influencing the competence of entrepreneurial mentor as the research object,this paper determines the factors affecting the competency of entrepreneurial mentors and their relationship with the help of fuzzy interpretative structural model,and identifies the driving force and dependence of each factor by cross-impact matrix multiplication analysis method.The results show that the system of influencing factors of entrepreneurial mentor competency can be divided into five levels,entrepreneurial resources and instructional training are the key factors,guiding condition is the basic factor,and guiding policy is the root cause factor,among which,guiding policies,guiding conditions and guiding training have strong driving force and are the key targets of management and intervention.Therefore,it is recommended to improve the guiding policy to establish a macro orientation;improve the guiding conditions to shape the service trend;attach importance to guiding training to improve the guiding ability as to enhance the competency of entrepreneurial mentors.
