摘 要:高考移民问题的出现是我国经济高速发展和社会快速变迁过程中,教育资源分配制度与现实情况暂时未能实现完全匹配的缩影之一。基于我国教育资源分配不均和总体资源不足的背景,高考成为享受高等教育资源这个准公共产品的一项重要门槛,关乎教育机会公平与区域公平等多个方面。因而,从资源配置的视域探讨当今时代高考移民的涵义、通过资源公平理论探析高考移民现象出现的成因及其应对之策,有助于全体公民更公平地共享教育资源,为实现国家现代化提供更多智力支持。The emergence of the college entrance examination immigration problem is one of the epitome of the fact that the educational resource allocation system and the actual situation in China have not been fully matched in the process of rapid economic development and rapid social change.Based on the uneven distribution of educational resources in China and the lack of overall resources,the college entrance examination has become an important threshold for the access to higher education resources,which is related to educational opportunities and regional equity.Therefore,from the perspective of resource allocation,this paper explores the definition of college entrance examination immigrants in the current era and explores the causes of the college entrance examination immigration phenomenon through resource fairness theory,and discusses its countermeasures.That can help all citizens to share educational resources more equitably and provide more intellectual support for the modernization。
