摘　　要：在CNKI数据库中以"遗传学实验教学"为主题,将检索到的在1986-2019年期间发表的相关文献作为研究对象,借助于Citespace软件构建知识图谱进行可视化分析,初步厘清了1986年以来我国遗传学实验教学研究热点与研究趋势演变,其中热点主题包括"实验教学""遗传学实验""遗传学""教学改革"等,热点主题的演进分为4个阶段,各阶段内在联系紧密。This paper took the relevant literature achievements of genetics experiment teaching published in CNKI database from 1986 to 2019 as the research object,constructed the knowledge graph for visual analysis by using Citespace software.The study initially clarified the hot-spot topics and the evolution of research trend about genetics experiment teaching in China since 1986.The hot topics included "experimental teaching", "genetics experiment", "genetics", "teaching reform" and so on.The evolution of the hot topics was divided into four stages,and each stage was closely connected.
