摘  要:用正丁醇盐酸法测定枸杞中原花青素的含量,三氯化铝比色法测定总黄酮的含量,利用FRAP法及DPPH法对以上两种活性成分的抗氧化活性进行评价。抗氧化活性测定结果表明样品中两种生物活性物质的抗氧化能力均强于阳性对照VE,且有剂量依赖关系,说明原花青素和黄酮均有很强的抗氧化活性,是枸杞中的主要抗氧化活性成分。The antioxidant activities of the main active components(proanthocyanidin and total flavones)in wolfberry were determined.The content of proanthocyanidin was determined by n-butanol hydrochloric acid method,and the content of total flavones was determined by Aluminium trichloride colorimetry.The antioxidative activities of the above two active components were evaluated by FRAP and DPPH methods.The antioxidant activity of the two bioactive compounds in the sample was higher than that of VE,both Proanthocyanidin and total flavones have strong antioxidant activity and are the main antioxidant components in wolfberry.
