采矿卓越工程师培养模式的改革与探索

摘　　要：随着矿业形势的变化,矿山企业对于采矿专业技术人才的要求越来越高,需要突出对学生的工程实践能力培养,因此必须加强校企合作,联合培养采矿卓越工程师,提高学生解决工程问题的能力。文章在对当前采矿专业本科人才培养中存在的问题进行深入剖析的基础上,根据国家“双一流”建设的需要,东北大学采矿专业为了建设成为世界一流学科,进行了一系列教学改革,取得了很好的效果,并提出了后续教学改革规划,对于提高采矿人才培养质量具有重要的意义。With the changing of mining industry situation,the requirement to mining technician of enterprise will be higher and higher,and it is necessary to cultivate the students'practical ability in engineering practice,so we must strengthen the cooperation between school and enterprise in order to jointly train excellent mining engineers and improve students'ability to solve engineering problems.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the current problems in undergraduate teaching of mining major,according to the needs of the national"double top-class"construction,the major has carried out a series of teaching reforms that have achieved good result and put forward the follow-up teaching reform plan,which is of great significance to improve the quality of mining talents training and build mining major of Northeastern University into a world class discipline.
