摘 要:目的比较PBL教学法与传统教学法对护理专业学生学习效果的影响。方法检索国内外有关两种教学法的随机对照实验,在严格质量评价的基础上对文献进行Meta分析。结果分析结果显示,PBL教学法在对护生客观理论知识掌握的影响上虽优于传统教学法,但差异没有统计学意义[SMD=1.67,95%CI(-0.95,4.28),P=0.21>0.05];PBL教学法在培养护生评判性思维、矛盾解决能力、临床问题解决能力以及交流沟通能力方面优于传统教学法,差异有统计学意义[WMD(95%CI)分别为12.87(8.8,16.95),8.09(5.02,11.16),0.43(0.22,0.64),1.56(0.17,2.95)];PBL教学法对临床决策能力、协作能力以及自主学习能力的培养虽有优于传统教学法的趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PBL教学法对护生学习效果的影响呈现出优于传统教学法的趋势。但由于纳入分析的研究质量差异较大,因而有必要开展更多设计严谨、大样本的随机对照试验来印证这种趋势。Objective To evaluate the effect of PBL teaching method on the learning of nursing students. Methods Meta analysis was used to search the comparative studies of two methods at home and abroad by computer. Meta-analysis was conducted in the basic literature of strict quality evaluation. Results The analysis results showed that PBL teaching method and traditional teaching method had no statistically significant difference in the influence on the objective theoretical knowledge acquisition of nursing students, but they showed that PBL teaching method was superior to traditional teaching method [SMD=1.67, 95% C1(-0.95, 4.28), P=0.21> 0.05]. Compared with traditional teaching methods, PBL teaching method is statistically significant and superior to traditional teaching methods in terms of cultivating students’ critical thinking, contradiction solving ability, clinical problem solving ability and communication ability [WMD(95% CI) is 12.87(8.8, 16.95), 8.09(5.02,11.16), 0. 43(0. 22,0.64), 1. 56(0.17, 2.95)];Compared with traditional teaching method, PBL teaching method has no significant difference in the cultivation of clinical decision-making ability, collaboration ability and autonomous learning ability, but it also shows a trend of being better than traditional teaching method(P>0.05). Conclusion The system evaluation results show that the influence of PBL on the learning effect of nursing students is superior to that of traditional teaching methods. As the quality of the studies included in the analysis varies greatly, it is necessary to carry out more rigorous design and large sample randomized controlled trials to confirm the trend.
