语音意识训练对方言区大学生英语学习的作用——以闽方言为例

摘　　要：语音意识是元语言能力的一种,对早期读写能力的发展具有重要的预测作用。通过对来自闽方言区英语专业大学生进行为期14周的英语语音意识教学训练实验,结果发现:语音意识训练可以有效地提高方言区大学生语音意识总体水平;训练使各方言区被试语音意识水平均有提升,但训练效果在方言区之间存在着差异;在具体语言能力方面,语音意识训练可以显著促进方言区大学生的单词拼写能力、单词认读能力,但在篇章阅读能力上未有显著效果。As one of metalinguistic skills,phonological awareness plays an important role in predicting early literacy development. Through 14 academic weeks,this study explored the effect of phonological intervention in English learning of college students from the region of Min dialects. The results are as follows: The training program effectively improved the subjects’ overall phonological awareness;there existed significant differences in training effect among subjects from different dialect regions;with regard to basic language abilities,the instructional intervention significantly promoted word spelling and word reading but no significant effect on text reading was observed.
