摘  要:研究了飞行器舵传动机构的摩擦力矩,并通过改进传动机构中向心关节轴承的衬垫结构和转动副,对舵传动机构的摩擦力矩进行了优化。采用二重组织的编织结构结合降低树脂用量的方法,改进了向心关节轴承的自润滑聚四氟乙烯(Poly Tetra Fluoro Ethylene,PTFE)编织物衬垫。通过内圈-舵轴相对转动替代内外圈相对转动,降低了传动机构的转动摩擦力臂。试验结果表明,改进后的自润滑衬垫使内径55mm和70mm的向心关节轴承最大摩擦力矩分别降低50.8%和41.7%,内径70mm轴承转动副改进后,传动机构的摩擦力矩进一步降低17.2%左右。The friction torque of the transmission mechanism in aerocraft rudders is investigated experimentally.The liner and of revolute pairs of plain radial bearings used in the transmission mechanism are modified for reducing the friction torque of the transmission mechanism.The PTFE-fabric liner used in previous plain radial bearings is improved by using double-organization-fabric liner with less resins.Also,the revolute pair between inner race and outer race is replaced using the revolute pair between inner race and the shaft,resulting in a decrease in the friction arm of the transmission mechanism.The test results show that for bearings with the inner diameters of 55 mm and 70 mm,the improved self-lubricated liner leads to a decrease in the maximum friction torque around 50.8%and 41.7%,respectively.The modified revolute pair of the bearing with an inner diameter of 70 mm generates a further decrease about 17.2%in the maximum friction torque of the transmission mechanism.
