摘　　要：在科学技术的大发展和素质教育的全面推进下,实验教学也在不断地改革创新,作为实验室主体的实验技术人员也迎接着新的机遇和挑战。目前技术人员存在教学和科研素质不高,职称结构不合理;培养、考核、激励及评价体系不完善的问题。为了更好地胜任实验教学工作,实验技术人员可以从服务精神、专业技术及科研能力等多方面,不断提高自身综合素质。结合多年的实验教学和实验科研实际,探讨了新时代实验技术人员需要提高的综合素质。Under the comprehensive development of science and technology and the comprehensive promotion of quality education,experimental teaching is also constantly reforming and innovating.Experimental technicians who are the main body of the laboratory are also welcoming new opportunities and challenges.At present,the experimental technicians have low level in education and scientific research,and the structure of professional titles is unreasonable.The cultivation,assessment,incentive,and evaluation system are not perfect,in order to better be competent for experimental teaching,experimental technicians can continuously improve from the service spirit,professional ability and scientific research ability and so on many aspects.Combining years of experimental teaching and experimental research,we explored the comprehensive qualities that experimental technicians need in the new era.
