摘  要:目的探讨TBL联合PBL在消化内科护理见习课中的应用效果。方法2019年10月-2019年12月期间,抽取护理学院2017级3、6、7三个班级,84名消化内科实习学生,根据抓阄的方法随机分为两组,对照组(42人)以传统教学法为主进行授课,试验组(42人)以TBL联合PBL为主进行授课。比较两组护生在理论、技能、综合能力和对带教满意度方面有无差异。两组学生在性别、年龄、专业前的课程成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结果试验组护生对教学的效果评价得分、对教学方法的满意度得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TBL联合PBL教学模式应用于护理见习课中,大大激发了学生的学习兴趣、增强了学生的语言表达沟通能力以及团队合作能力、取得了较好的教学效果。Objective To explore the application effect of TBL combined with PBL in the nursing practice class of digestive internal medicine.Methods From October 2019 to December 2019, 84 interns in digestive medicine were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of drawing lots: the control group(42 students) mainly taught with traditional teaching method, and the experimental group(42 students) mainly taught with TBL and PBL. The differences between the two groups in theory, skills, comprehensive ability and satisfaction with teaching were compared. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05). Results The scores of evaluation on teaching effect and satisfaction with teaching methods in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of TBL combined with PBL teaching mode in nursing internship class has greatly stimulated students’ interest in learning, enhanced their ability of language expression and communication as well as team cooperation, and achieved good teaching results.
