摘　　要：分析了科研院所人才激励机制的重要性,提出科技人才激励机制中存在的薪酬激励制度科学性不强、职业发展空间不足等问题,提出构建开发类科研院所科技人才激励机制的三种方式,包括构建以人为本的激励机制,构建自主创新的激励氛围,实施物质激励和精神激励相结合的政策。It is very important to adopt talent incentive mechanism in development research institutes.In the face of the problem that the compensation incentive system in science and technology talent incentive mechanism is not scientific enough and there is not enough space for professional development,this paper analyzes three ways of scientific research institutes,which includes the construction of people-oriented incentive mechanism,the construction of independent innovation incentive atmosphere,and the implementation of material incentive and spiritual incentive policy.
