摘　　要：中医高等教育50年,在人才培养中形成了独特的培养模式,但随着社会发展的需求,在健康中国的大背景下,岗位需求和医疗环境的改变,中医学人才培养应适时进行调整。本研究以7所中医院校中医学人才培养方案的对比研究入手,分析中医类课程课时与学分的占比、中医基础类与中医经典类课时与学分的占比,探讨中医学专业人才培养方案的调整方案与路径。During the 50 years of higher education on TCM,there is unique cultivating mode in talents cultivation.But with the demand of the development of the society,TCM talent cultivation should be modified in the context of Healthy China and the change of job requirement and medical environment.This research analyzes the proportion of class hours to academic credits in TCM disciplines and TCM basic disciplines TCM classic disciplines by comparing the talent cultivating programs in 7 TCM colleges and universities,in order to modify the program in professional TCM talents cultivation.
