摘　　要：当前高职学生在自我管理能力方面十分欠缺,本文通过对当今的高职学生自我管理方面的各种问题进行统计分类,并对这些问题的成因进行深入分析,形成系统的研究,通过对成因的分析研究出如何提升学生的自我管理能力,并为高职学校的学生培养提供一些建议。At present,higher vocational college students lack self-management ability.In this paper,through the statistical classification of various problems in the self-management of today's higher vocational college students,and the in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems,a systematic study forms.Through the analysis of the causes,we find out how to improve the students'self-management ability,and provide some suggestions for the training of higher vocational college students.
