摘　　要：构建艾滋病防控机制体系可以为大学生艾滋病防控提供制度保障。湖北省大学生艾滋病感染者和病人病例呈高速增长态势,武汉是大学生艾滋病流行的重灾区,男男性传播为主要感染途径。当前艾滋病防控试点初步启动但试点经验亟待推广,艾滋病防控制度初步建立但组织机制亟待完善,艾滋病健康教育初步开展但推进力度亟待加强,艾滋病公益社团初具规模但防艾活动亟待支持。构建包括领导机制、沟通机制、宣教机制、保障机制在内的大学生艾滋病防控机制体系,并针对湖北省提出具体的实施对策。Development of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)prevention and control system can provide institutional guarantee for college students′AIDS prevention and control.The HIV/AIDS cases of college students in Hubei Province are quickly growing,and Wuhan is the hardest hit area with male-male transmission being the main infection route.At present,the AIDS prevention and control pilot is initially launched but the pilot experience needs to be promoted;the prevention system is initially established but the organizational mechanism needs to be improved;the health education is initially carried out but the promotion needs to be strengthened;the public welfare society has begun to take shape but anti-AIDS activities need to be supported.This paper is to construct an AIDS prevention and control mechanisms system for college students,including leadership mechanism,communication mechanism,publicizing and educating mechanism and guarantee mechanism,and to propose specific implementation countermeasures for Hubei province.
