摘 要:太仓电厂锅炉采用四角切圆燃烧方式,在运行中多次发生局部结渣造成渣斗堵渣的问题。通过研究分析导致局部结渣的主要原因是由于部分燃烧器喷口下垂、钝体烧损脱落,进而导致炉内燃烧流场不佳。通过采取调整喷燃器垂直摆角和SOFA风水平摆角角度,修复喷燃器钝体隔板等一系列措施,局部结渣问题得以彻底解决消除。The boiler of Taicang Power Plant adopts the mode of tangential burning,which causes the problem of slag blocking in the slag hopper due to partial slagging many times in operation. Through study and analysis,the main reason for partial slagging is that the burner nozzle droops and the blunt body burns off,which further leads to poor combustion flow field in the furnace. After that,a series of measures,such as adjusting the vertical swing angle of the burner and the horizontal swing angle of the air and water of sofa,repairing the baffle plate of the blunt body of the burner were taken to completely solve the problem of partial slagging.
