摘 要:本研究综述智力障碍儿童青少年的体力活动现状、测量方法、影响因素及干预方法等,发现智力障碍儿童青少年的体力活动水平较低,健康状况不容乐观;提高智力障碍儿童青少年的体力活动水平需要个体、家庭和社会的共同努力;现有的体力活动干预方法有效性有待进一步探讨。聚焦智力障碍儿童青少年的健康诉求,深入分析体力活动与健康指标间的量效关系,探索行之有效的体力活动干预模式将是今后的研究方向。This review summarized the researches about physical activity levels,measurement methods,influencing factors and interventions for children and adolescents with intellectual disability.The physical activity levels of children and adolescents with intellectual disability were low,and their health status was not optimistic.The joint efforts of individuals,families and the society were needed to improve their levels of physical activity.The effectiveness of existing physical activity intervention methods should be further discussed.Therefore,focusing on the health demands of children and adolescents with intellectual disability,more researches are needed about in-depth analysis of the dose-effect relationship between physical activity and health indicators,and exploring of effective intervention for physical activity in the future.
