摘　　要：人工智能与大数据的广泛应用,催生了新的就业模式和职业教育新生态。为解决当前高校职业教育滞后、慢就业现象突出、就业信息化不对称以及就业指导个性化缺失等问题,文章以大数据的思维与技术为基础,构建以学生培养为导向,以大学生精准就业为核心,集就业、招聘、教育、评估、监测、研判等为一体的高校智能就业服务模式与就业平台,实现线上职业课程学习、精准岗位推荐、职业规划指导、学生差异分析、学生职业画像、雇主岗位画像、企业招聘、毕业生画像等服务,助力就业模式的升级与改革,提高人才培养质量和大学生就业竞争力。The widespread application of artificial intelligence and big data has spawned new employment models and new ecology of vocational education.In order to solve the problems of lagging vocational education,prominent slow employment,asymmetric employment informationization and lacking of personalized employment guidance in colleges and universities,the intelligent employment ecology model and employment service platform in colleges and universities which was oriented by students’training,centered on students’precise employment and integrated employment,recruitment,education,evaluation,monitoring and research,was constructed based on thinking and technology of big data as basis.The platform realized the services of online vocational courses learning,accurate job recommendation,career planning guidance,student difference analysis,student career portrait,employer job portrait,enterprise recruitment,graduate portrait and other,helped to upgrade and reform the employment model,improved the quality of personnel training and the employment competitiveness of college students.
