摘  要:书院是中国古代独特的文化教育机构,培养了大批人才。在书院教育中,良好的师生关系对于人才培养、学术发展有很大的促进作用。在形成良好师生关系的诸多因素中,丰富多彩的教学组织形式对师生之间建立和谐亲密关系具有重要作用。书院进行教学组织活动,一般采取个别教学和集体教学的组织形式。集体教学包括升堂讲学、会讲讲会和从游三种,通过多元的教学组织形式,形成了尊重敬爱、互为师友、平等和谐的良好师生关系,对当代高校师生之间关系的建构也有一定启示。The academy is a unique cultural and educational institution in ancient China.It has cultivated a large number of talents for China.In the academy education,good teacher-student relations are of great help to promote the cultivation of talents and promote academic development.Among the many reasons for the development of a good teacher-student relationship,a variety of forms of how to organize teaching is an important reason for establishing a harmonious and close relationship between teachers and students.The academy generally adopts the organizational form of individual teaching and group teaching to carry out teaching organization activities.Group teaching includes three types of lectures:classroom teaching,lectures,and tours.Through a variety of teaching organization forms,a good teacher-student relationship of respecting each other,learning from each other and maintaining a good relationship between each other,and thus developing a equal and harmonious connections,has formed a certain enlightenment on the relationship between teachers and students in contemporary universities.
