摘　　要：探讨第三方食品检测机构实习生需求及其原因,为定向输送食品专业人才提供参考。以广东和广西主要城市的第三方食品检测机构实习生招聘信息为基础进行计算分析。结果表明,广州和深圳聚集有较多的第三方食品检测机构,但以小型民营企业数量居多;多数第三方食品检测机构招聘实习期为3个月以上的食品专业大专或本科实习生,并提供实习薪酬;大型第三方食品检测机构招聘数量较多的实习岗位和实习生,提供较好的实习待遇,但实习期较长。可见,广州和深圳的大型第三方食品检测机构是校企合作定向输送食品专业人才的重要方向。The demand for trainee in third-party food testing institutions and its reasons were studied,in order to provide references for targeted delivery of food professionals.Using information on the recruitment of trainee for third-party food testing institutions in the major cities of Guangdong and Guangxi was studied material,and all dates were calculated and analyzed.The results showed that,there were a large number of third-party food testing institutions in Guangzhou and Shenzhen,but most of them were small private enterprises.Most third-party food testing institutions recruit junior college or undergraduate trainee with a duration of more than 3 months for food majors,and provide internship remuneration.Large third-party food testing institutions recruit a large number of internship positions and trainee,and offer better internship benefits,but the internship period was longer.Therefore,large third-party food testing institutions in Guangzhou and Shenzhen were important destinations for school-enterprise cooperation in delivering food professionals.
