摘　　要：教育是否能落到实处的关键在管理,高等学校的本科教学管理对确保教学工作正常开展、教学改革实施与推进起着关键的作用,故高等学校教学管理模式及管理措施对保证本科教学质量起着决定性的作用,其核心是二级学院院长对教育的态度。The key to the implementation of education lies in the management.The undergraduate teaching management of colleges and universities plays a key role in ensuring the normal development of teaching work and the implementation and promotion of teaching reform.Therefore,the teaching management mode and management measures in colleges and universities play a decisive role in ensuring the quality of undergraduate teaching,and the core of which is the attitude of secondary college dean towards education.
