摘 要:目的:通过在日粮中添加有机硒,研究不同水平的有机硒对蛋鸭生产性能和鸭蛋硒含量的影响。方法:选取300只健康的产蛋期绍兴麻鸭,随机分为A、B、C、D、E5组,每组60只鸭。A组为对照组,试验组分别向每kg基础日粮中添加有机硒0.85g、1.85g、2.85g、3.85g。结果:与对照组A相比,试验组C、D、E日耗料量、产蛋率、料蛋比和蛋重均无显著差异(P>0.05)。日耗料试验组B与对照组A相比显著降低(P<0.05)。试验组E产蛋率和料蛋比相对于B有显著性差异(P<0.05),相对于对照组A分别提高和降低了12.07%、13.61%。蛋重试验组D较B、C、E显著升高(P<0.05)。各试验组鸭蛋中的硒含量相对于对照组差异均显著(P<0.05),分别提高了595%、1072%、1427%、2133%。结论:添加有机硒对蛋鸭生产性能无显著影响,但鸭蛋硒含量随有机硒添加量增加而显著提高。在日粮中加入1.85mg/kg的有机硒,可生产符合标准的富硒鸭蛋。Objective:To study the effect of different levels of organic selenium on the performance of laying ducks and the content of selenium in their eggs. Methods:300 healthy laying period Shaoxing ducks were randomly divided into five groups:A,B,C,D and E,each group with 60 ducks. Group A was the control group. The experimental group added 0.85 g,1.85 g,2.85 g and 3.85 g organic selenium to the basic diet per kilogram. Results:compared with the control group A,there was no significant difference in daily consumption,egg production rate,feed egg ratio and egg weight among the three groups(P>0.05). The daily consumption of test group B was significantly lower than that of control group A(P<0.05). Compared with group B,the egg production rate and feed egg ratio of group E increased and decreased by 12.07% and 13.61% respectively(P<0.05). The egg weight of group D was significantly higher than that of group B,C and E(P<0.05). Compared with the control group,the selenium content of duck eggs in each experimental group was significantly higher(P<0.05),which increased by 595%,1072%,1427% and 2133%,respectively. Conclusion:the experiment shows that adding organic selenium has no significant effect on the performance of laying ducks. However,the selenium content of duck eggs increased significantly with the increase of organic selenium. Adding 1.85 mg/kg organic selenium to the diet can produce selenium rich duck eggs.
