摘 要:通过文献查阅,综述了压榨法、溶剂浸提法、超临界CO2法、亚临界流体法、水酶法等5种油茶籽油制取技术以及提取率、脂肪酸组成、酸价、过氧化值、维生素E、角鲨烯等品质指标。结果表明:压榨法和浸提法技术工艺成熟,成本控制理想,已实现规模化生产;超临界CO2法和亚临界流体法工艺流程短,产品品质理想,但受投资和设备能力限制,目前难以实现规模化;水酶法技术操作简单,产品品质理想,但工艺尚未成熟。可以预见后3种方法是开发高品质油茶籽油的研究方向。Based on the literature review,five kinds of camellia seed oil extraction technologies,such as squeezing method,solvent extraction method,supercritical CO 2 method,subcritical fluid method and water enzyme method,as well as the extraction rate,fatty acid composition,acid value,peroxide value,vitamin E,squalene and other quality indicators were summarized.The results showed that the technology of squeezing and solvent extraction were mature,the cost control was good,and large-scale production had been realized;The process of supercritical CO2 and subcritical fluid was short,and the product quality was also good,but it was difficult to achieve large-scale production due to the investment and equipment capacity limitations;The technology of water enzyme was simple,the product quality was good,but the technology was not mature.It can be predicted that the latter three methods will be the research direction of developing high quality camellia seed oil.
