摘 要:为研究扑草净在养殖水产品中的使用情况及其影响,对全国9省范围内的无公害水产品生产企业、小型普通养殖场、健康养殖示范场和标准养殖场进行抽样调查.结果表明:在抽检的263批次中,检出含扑草净的样品共计20批次,检出率为7.6%;检测样品中最高检测残留量为9.76μg/kg,按照美国环境保护署(EPA)规定的参考剂量(reference dose,RfD)0.04 mg/(kg·d)测算,该水平对人体健康风险较小.在样品采集的9省中,除湖北省和安徽省外,其他7省的样品中均有检出;在样品种类中,小龙虾(Procambarus clarkii)和鳊(Parabramis pekinensis)中未有检出,对虾(Penaeus orientalis)的检出率最高,为3.42%;在样品采集的4种养殖场中,仅标准养殖场的样品中未有检出,其他3种养殖场的样品检出率依次为健康养殖示范场(0.38%)、无公害水产品生产企业(3.42%)和小型普通养殖场(3.80%).上述结果说明,仍有少量水产品中有扑草净检出,需进一步加强监督管理,确保水产品质量安全.本研究可为水产品中扑草净残留分析及风险评估等相关工作提供基础数据.In order to study the condition and effect of the use of prometryn in aquaculture products, a sample survey was conducted on pollution-free aquaculture product manufacturers, small ordinary farms, healthy farming demonstration farms and standard farms in 9 provinces of China. The results showed that among the 263 batches of random inspection, 20 batches of samples were detected prometryn, the detection rate was 7.6%. The maximun residue in the samples was 9.76 μg/kg. According to the reference dose(RfD) 0.04 mg/(kg·d), which was less risk to human health. Among 9 provinces sampled, except for Hubei and Anhui provinces, samples from 7 provinces were detected prometryn. Among the sample types, Procambarus clarkii and Parabramis pekinensis were not detected prometryn, Penaeus orientalis had the highest detection rate of 3.42%. Among the 4 types of farms, only the samples from the standard farm were not detected, and the detection rates of the other 3 farms were healthy farming demonstration farms(0.38%), pollution-free aquaculture product manufacturers(3.42%), and small ordinary farms(3.80%), respectively. The results indicate that there is still a small amount of prometryn residue in aquaculture products, and further supervision and management need to be strengthened to ensure the quality and safety. This study can provide basic data for the residue analysis and risk assessment of prometryn in aquaculture products.
