摘 要:针对传统的食用菌分类编码标准不统一、数据交叉的问题,利用大数据智能编码技术,采用分布式数据库HBase存储各个食用菌分类体系中的异构数据。统一了编码查询标准,提高了编码效率和查询速度;同时,针对食用菌冷链物流保鲜技术开展研究,通过对比3种食用菌的保鲜技术,比较了温度、呼吸强度、营养成份等对3种食用菌品质的影响,试验证明,食用菌低温冷链物流是一种有效的物流运输方法,可以有效延缓食用菌的变质衰老过程,增加保鲜时间。In view of the problems of the traditional coding standards of edible fungus classification are not uniform and the data is cross, the distributed database HBase is used to store the heterogeneous data in each edible fungus classification system by using big data intelligent coding technology. At the same time, the cold chain logistics technology of edible fungi was studied,The effects of temperature, respiratory intensity and nutrition on the quality of three kinds of edible fungi were compared. The experiment proved that the cold chain logistics of edible fungi is an effective logistics transportation method In order to effectively delay the deterioration and aging process of edible fungi and increase the preservation time.
