引导式教育和感统训练联合治疗对自闭症患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的评估引导式教育和感统训练对自闭症患儿的联合治疗效果。方法将2017年11月~2019年7月我院收治的自闭症患儿共200例随机分成对照组和研究组,每组100例。对照组只给予感统训练干预,研究组则配合引导式教育+感统训练干预。根据“S-S法”测定认知、语言交流沟通及语言表达能力,观察患儿治疗后的症状积分(食欲、睡眠与体质),另外,根据《孤独症行为量表》(ABC)评价患儿孤独症状。结果研究组总有效率为96%,高于对照组的83%(P<0.05);研究组认知能力、语言交流沟通能力以及语言表达能力显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组食欲、睡眠、体质症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后ABC评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论引导式教育和感统训练联合治疗对自闭症患儿疗效确切,有助于全面改善患者的功能。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of guided education combined with sensory training for children with autism.Method From November 2017 to July 2019,200 children with autism in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and research group,100 cases in each group.The control group was only given sensory training intervention,while the research group was combined with guidance education and sensory training intervention.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and compared.The cognitive,verbal communication and verbal expression abilities were measured by S-S method.The symptom scores(appetite,sleep and constitution)after treatment were observed.In addition,the autism symptoms were evaluated by the Autism Behavior Scale(ABC).Results The total effective rate in the study group was 96%,which was higher than that(83%)in the control group(P<0.05).The cognitive ability,language communication ability and language expression ability of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The appetite and sleeping ability of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of sleep and physical symptoms in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ABC scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guided education combined with sensory training is effective for children with autism,and it is recommended to be popularized.
