摘  要:采用问卷调查和访谈研究方法,对深圳市民办中小学教师幸福感进行调查。结果表明:深圳市民办中小学教师幸福感处于中等水平,低于公办学校教师;女性教师幸福感明显高于男性;住房成为教师忧虑的首要问题。提升深圳市民办中小学教师幸福感,需要引导教师积极主动自我调节;创设舒适、认可、激励的文化氛围;通过加大宣传力度提高家长对民办学校的认可度;尽可能减少民办教师的购房压力。This paper adopts the methods of interview and questionnaire survey to study the well-being of the private teachers in primary and middle schools with Shenzhen as a case.The results show that the well-being level of the private primary and secondary school teachers in Shenzhen is in the middle level and lower than that of the public school teachers. Female teachers are significantly happier than male. Housing problem has become the primary concern of private teachers in Shenzhen. In order to improve the happiness of private primary and secondary school teachers in shenzhen, it is necessary to guide teachers to take the initiative in self-regulation, create a comfortable, acceptable and inspiring cultural atmosphere, increase publicity efforts to improve parents’ recognition of private schools, and as far as possible to reduce the pressure of private teachers to buy houses.
