摘  要:文章基于扎根理论,对21世纪以来日本18位获得诺贝尔自然科学奖的科学家的资料进行三级编码及分析,提取卓越科学家的核心素养,构建了以六大核心素养为标准的理论模型。由此提出:我国对于拔尖人才的培养,在实践中要注重营造尊重和崇尚科学精神的良好氛围,构建基于六大核心素养的拔尖人才培养目标,贯彻以发展学生素质为中心的课程开发理念。Based on grounded theory,this paper conducts three-level coding and analysis on the materials of eighteen Japanese scientist who have won the Nobel Prize in natural science since the 21st century.It extracts the key competencies of the distinguished scientist,and constructs a theoretical model with six key competencies as the standard.The paper proposes that the cultivation of topnotch talents in China should pay attention to creating a good atmosphere of respecting and advocating the scientific spirit in practice,build the cultivation target of top-notch talents based on the six key competencies,and implement the curriculum development concept centering on the development of students’competencies.
