摘　　要：从物流专业人才职业能力培养途径上进行研究,主要分析目前高职院校物流管理专业学生职业能力培养过程中存在的问题,并从职业能力培养定位、构建适应职业能力发展的课程教学体系和完善学生职业能力发展的评价体系等方面提出高职物流管理专业学生职业能力培养的对策和途径。This paper studies on the ways to cultivate the professional ability of logistics professionals,mainly analyzes the problems existing in the process of cultivating the professional ability of logistics management students in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the countermeasures and ways to cultivate the professional ability,involves the orientation of vocational ability training,the construction of curriculum teaching system and the improvement of the evaluation system for the development of students vocational ability.
