摘　　要：通过校内实训基地的建设与运行,依托校内生产性实训基地,实施以现代学徒制育人机制,构建出“双厂训练,双师指导”实践一体化教学体系,显著改善专业实践教学条件,加大实践教学力度,提高实践教学效果,提升人才培养的岗位适应能力、职业道德水平,从而为实现其高质量的就业奠定坚实基础加快“双师型”师资队伍建设的步伐。Really teaches the base through the school in the construction and the movement,depends on in the school productiveness really to teach the base,implements nurtures the human mechanism by the modern apprentice system,constructs“the double factory training,the double teacher instructs”the practice integration teaching system,the remarkable improvement specialized practice teaching condition,enlarge practice teaching dynamics,enhances the practice teaching effect,promotes the personnel training post adaptiveness,the occupational ethics level,thus for realizes its high grade employment to lay the solid foundation to speed up the step which“the double teacher”the teachers troop constructs.
