青少年不同年龄段长期配戴角膜塑形镜的疗效与安全性探究

摘　　要：目的探究青少年在不同年龄段长期配戴角膜塑形镜的临床疗效与安全性。方法选取本院2016年7月至2017年3月收治的66例存在视力问题的青少年,所有青少年均给予长期配戴角膜塑形镜,依据年龄的大小将其分为高龄组(年龄≥12岁)与低龄组(年龄<12岁),各33例。观察对比两组青少年配戴角膜塑形镜2年后的裸眼视力、等效屈光度、眼轴长度与中央角膜厚度,并比较两组并发症发生情况。结果戴镜2年后,低龄组青少年的裸眼视力高于高龄组,等效屈光度低于高龄组;低龄组青少年并发症总发生率为26.09%低于高龄组青少年的53.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组中央角膜厚度与眼轴长度的比较差异无统计学意义。结论配戴角膜塑形镜对于青少年的视力具有较好的矫正作用,对于年龄较小的青少年具有更好的效果,且并发症发生率也相对较低,安全性更高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of long-term wearing of plastic keratoscope for adolescents in different age groups. Methods 66 adolescents with vision problems admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to March 2017 were selected. All adolescents were given long-term wearing keratoscopy, and were divided into two groups according to their age: high age group(≥12 years old) and low age group(age<12 years), with 33 cases in each group. The naked visual acuity, equivalent diopter, axial length and central corneal thickness were observed and compared between the two groups after wearing plastic keratoscope for 2 years, and the complications were compared between the two groups.Results After wearing the mirror for 2 years, the naked eye vision of low age group was higher than that of the old group, and the equivalent diopter was lower than that of high age group. The overall incidence of complications in the low age group was 26.09%, which was relatively lower than that in the high age group(53.33%), and the difference was significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in central corneal thickness and axial length between the two groups. Conclusion Wearing a corneal lens has a better correction effect on the vision of adolescents, and a better effect on the younger adolescents, and the incidence of complications is relatively low, higher safety.
