摘　　要：藏族传统文化博大精深,是藏族民族心理形成的基础。藏族传统文化承载着藏民族丰富的民族精神,是内地西藏学生民族心理认同的重要纽带;藏族传统文化深刻影响着藏族人民的个体价值观,赋予内地西藏学生豁达的民族性格特征;藏族传统文化将利他性植根于藏民族道德规范中,对内地西藏学生民族意识、民族文化水平有显著影响;藏族传统文化重视当下的行为和思想,孕育着内地西藏学生的因果伦理观。该文通过分析藏族传统文化对内地西藏生民族心理的影响,加深对内地西藏生的了解,以强化内地西藏生道德伦理、专业知识的教育效果。The Tibetan traditional culture is profound that is the basis to form ethnic psychology of Tibet.Firstly,the Tibetan traditional culture carries the great ethnic spirit of Tibetan and also is an important link to identify the ethnic psychology of Tibetan students.Secondly,the Tibetan traditional culture profoundly affects the individual values of the Tibetan people and gives the Tibetan students a generous national character in the mainland.Thirdly,the Tibetan traditional culture integrated altruism into ethnic morality rule that has a significant impact on the national consciousness and cultural level of Tibetan students in the mainland.Finally,Tibetan traditional culture attaches importance to current behaviors and ideas,and fosters the causality ethics of students.Thus,this paper analyzes the influence of Tibetan traditional culture on the Tibetan ethnic psychology of mainland Tibet students,in order to promote to understand and master the moral ethics and professional knowledge of Tibetans.
