摘 要:由于智能材料磁流变液具有响应时间短、可控范围大等特性,基于磁流变液的半主动执行器件的应用越来越广泛。为同时保证车辆在高速转向时的行驶安全性(抗侧倾性能)和在通过不平路面时的行驶平顺性,提出一种磁流变半主动横向稳定杆。装有旋转式磁流变阻尼器的横向稳定杆可在车辆低速转向时提供较小的扭转力矩以提高平顺性,而在高速转向时提供大扭转力矩以提高安全性。为验证提出的半主动横向稳定杆的可行性和有效性,建立装有磁流变横向稳定杆的车辆侧倾数学模型,并基于整车动力学仿真软件CarSim对某型汽车整车模型进行半被动控制下的动力学仿真。以一种基于车身侧倾角速度的分段控制策略对磁流变横向稳定杆进行了初步的控制仿真,并与传统被动横向稳定杆对车辆侧倾的性能影响进行了对比、分析和评价。The smart material-magnetorheological fluids-based semi-active actuators are widely used in many applications, because of the fast response and large controllable range performances of the magnetorheological fluids. For the purpose of simultaneous improvement of the safety(anti-roll performance) and ride comfort of vehicles during fast cornering or over road irregularities, a magnetorheological semi-active stabilizer bar is proposed in this paper. The magnetorheological stabilizer bar featuring a rotary magnetorheological damper provides small torque at low cornering speed to improve ride comfort, while large torque to enhance the safety at high cornering speed. To verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed magnetorheological stabilizer bar, the mathematical model of a car is established, and the passive-on control performance of a specific full vehicle is studied via a commercial full-vehicle dynamics simulation software CarSim. In addition, a piece-wise control algorithm using lateral roll velocity information for the magnetorheological stabilizer bar is proposed to analyze the influence on vehicle roll performance. The semi-active control performance is compared, analyzed, and evaluated, with the conventional passive stabilizer bar system.
