摘  要:目的了解大学生食品营养标签使用情况,为开展相关营养教育提供依据。方法采取整群抽样的方式,对郑州市三所高校1960名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果大学生食品营养标签知识得分均值12.1±2.8分(总分24分),不同性别、专业、年级、学习过营养课程与否、家庭居住地、母亲文化程度均值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),获取食品营养标签知识的途径主要以电视、广播为主(1431人占78.9%),有652(35.9%)人能够完全答对食品营养标签内容;使用营养标签态度上:有1376(75.8%)人认为在食品包装上标示营养标签有必要,1015(55.9%)人对营养标签标示内容表示信任;使用行为上:购买食品时经常浏览营养标签的有466(25.7%)人。结论郑州市大学生的食品营养标签知识水平不高,对食品上标示营养标签态度积极,但使用率低,获取食品营养标签知识途径单一,今后学校应利用多种渠道,加强宣教,引导大学生消费时养成阅读营养标签的习惯。Objective To understand the use of food nutrition labels among college students,so as to provide basis for relevant nutrition education.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1960 college students from three universities in Zhengzhou City by stratified cluster sampling.Results The average score of college students'food nutrition label knowledge was 12.1±2.8 points(24 points in total).There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)among different genders,majors,grades,whether they had taken nutrition courses,family residence,and the average educational level of their mothers.The main ways to acquire food nutrition label knowledge were TV and radio(1,431 people account for 78.9%),652(35.9%)people were able to answer the nutrition label correctly.On the attitude of using nutrition labels:1376(75.8%)people considered it necessary to put nutrition labels on food packaging,and 1015(55.9%)people trusted the contents of nutrition labels.In terms of use behavior,466(25.7%)people often browsed nutrition labels when purchasing food.Conclusion The knowledge level of food nutrition label of the study subjects is not high,and they have a positive attitude towards food nutrition label,but the utilization rate of food nutrition label is low,and the access to food nutrition label knowledge is single.In the future,the school should strengthen propaganda and education through various channels and guide college students to develop the habit of reading nutrition labels during consumption.
