摘  要:学历教育与非学历教育融合发展对于提升高等教育整体质量,加快教育现代化和建设教育强国具有重要意义。学科建设是高等教育发展的基础性和根本性环节,很大程度上决定了高等教育发展水平。实践证明,非学历继续教育通过教育服务社会,搭建起高校专业学科与行业企业之间的深层次合作桥梁。在此基础上,非学历教育有效反哺学历教育,在教师队伍建设、科学研究推动和行业影响力提升等方面实现了与学历教育的融合发展,推动了相关学科建设水平,提升了高等教育质量。The integration and development of degree education and non-degree education is of great significance for improving the overall quality of higher education,speeding up the modernization of education and building China into a leading power in education.Discipline construction is a basic and fundamental part in the development of higher education,which determines the development level of higher education to a great extent.Practice has proved that non-degree continuing education serves the society through education and builds a deep-level cooperation bridge between disciplines in colleges and universities and industrial enterprises.On this basis,non-degree education effectively feeds back degree education,realizing the integration and development with degree education in the aspects of faculty development,promotion of scientific research and promotion of industrial influence,promoting the construction level of relevant disciplines and improving the quality of higher education.
