摘　　要：随着高校参与精准扶贫,教育扶贫的重要性越发凸显,农村贫困地区高等继续教育是教育精准扶贫的有效突破口。高等继续教育的教育功能、教育内容、教育方式与精准扶贫高度契合,息息相关。高等继续教育需在创新培训内容、提供有效保障、加强顶层设计等方面下足功夫,充分发挥作用,以“精准技能培训”助推“精准扶贫”。With the participation of colleges and universities in targeted poverty alleviation,the importance of education poverty alleviation becomes more and more prominent.Higher continuing education in poor rural areas is an effective breakthrough for education targeted poverty alleviation.The educational functions,contents and methods of higher continuing education are closely related to targeted poverty alleviation.Higher continuing education needs to make full use of its functions in terms of innovating training contents,providing effective guarantee,strengthening top-level design,and focus on promoting“targeted poverty alleviation”through“targeted skills training”.
