摘 要:旨在确定国铁、城市轨道交通共线运营线路防灾救援的设计标准,有助于标准体系的形成,以便指导工程建设和运营。结合具体工程对工程特点、防灾救援体系及其差异进行分析;通过专题研究明确了单洞双线设置中隔墙、区间采用低疏散平台、着火列车优先就近停靠车站进行疏散和救援的防灾救援设计标准;采用软件模拟从而验证在选定的防灾救援模式下着火列车在车站、区间停车疏散时间满足规范要求。最后提出低疏散平台+自带爬梯区间疏散方案的疏散能力、站台门和列车门对齐方案还需要作进一步的研究。The purpose of this paper is to determine the design standards for disaster prevention and rescue of the lines shared by the national railway and the urban rail transit, and to help the formation of a standard system to guide the construction and operation of projects. The characteristics of engineering, disaster prevention and rescue system and their differences are analyzed according to specific projects. Disaster prevention and rescue design standards are clarified based on dedicated studies, including single-hole and two-line partition walls, low evacuation platforms between intervals, and the priority of the burning train to stop at the nearest station for evacuation and rescue. Software simulation is used to verify that the time required for parking and evacuation of the burning train under the selected disaster prevention and rescue mode meets the standard requirements. Finally, it is proposed that the evacuation capacity of the interval evacuation plan with low-evacuation platform plus self-propelled ladder, and the alignment plan of platform doors and train doors need to be further studied.
