“互联网+”背景下高校新进教师教学能力发展探析

摘　　要：高校新进青年教师基本都具有高学历,但多没有接受过系统的教师能力培训,尤其在教学能力方面存在或多或少的问题。如何提升青年教师教学能力已成为高校关注的重点,也是各教师发展中心的重要工作职责。本文以安徽建筑大学为例,分析了岗前培训存在的问题,对教师发展的辅助工具——基于"互联网+"的教师发展管理平台进行了详细介绍,探讨了基于"互联网+"的新进教师发展体系及管理考核,旨在为新进教师能力发展的理论与实践创新提供参考。Most of the new young teachers in universities have high educational background,but most of them have not received systematic teacher ability training.These teachers have more or less problems in teaching ability.How to improve the teaching ability of young teachers has become the focus of attention in universities,and also the important work responsibility of each teacher development center.This paper analyzes the problems of pre-job training in Anhui Jianzhu University.The assistant development tool for teachers'development is introduced in detail based on the Internet+teacher development management platform.The new teacher development system and management examination based on Internet+are discussed.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the theoretical and practical innovation of the ability development of new teachers.
