摘 要:目的探讨医学生能否作为心肺复苏导师对民众进行有效的心肺复苏培训。方法设置学生导师组与专业导师组,对比两组导师对职高学生的心肺复苏培训效果。结果两组学生在考核成绩、通过率及常见失分点方面无统计学差异,仅在人文关怀环节存在统计学差异。结论在校医学生进行心肺复苏导师培训后,其能和急救医护人员一样对民众进行有效的心肺复苏培训。Objective To explore whether medical students can be used as cardiopulmonary resuscitation instructors to train the public effectively on cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods A student instructor group and a professional instructor group were set up to compare the effectiveness of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training for vocational high school students between the two groups.Results There were no statistical differences between the two groups in terms of assessment scores,pass rates,and common points of loss,but only in humanistic care.Conclusions After training for medical students,they can provide effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation training for the public as well as emergency medical staff.
