高职院校电商专业学生顶岗实习期心理适应问题的分析与解决对策

摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职学生完成角色转换、适应工作岗位的重要过渡期,也是学校人才培养的关键一环。电商产业压力大、节奏快、变化迅速,高职实习生所面临的挑战较其他专业更大,不少学生在大三的顶岗实习期间出现了心理适应问题,使得实习效果不太理想。本文基于"以人为本"的教育理念,从专业技能培养、心理健康与辅导、职业规划与发展三个角度,综合分析电子商务专业学生在顶岗实习期间存在的心理适应问题,并提出了相应的对策。Post practise is not only a n important transitional period for higher vocational students to complete role transformation and adapt to the job position, but also an important part of school talent cultivation.Due to the great pressure and rapid change of e-commerce industry, higher vocational students of e-commerce face greater challenges during their than other majors.Many students have psychological adaptation problems during their post practise of senior year, which makes the training effect is not satisfactory.Based on the people oriented education concept,this paper comprehensively analyzes the psychological adaptation problems of e-commerce students during their post practice from three perspectives of professional skills training, psycho-health education and career planning and development,and put forward corresponding solutions.
