摘 要:目的探讨急诊教学中以医学生为主体的急救普及模式对医学生职业素质的全面培养。方法比较传统授课组与医学生导师为主的教改组对医学生职业素质的影响。结果与传统组相比,医学生为导师的教改组期末考核成绩明显升高(P<0.05),同时大部分学生认为急诊教学改革能帮助获得职业成就感、增加职业自信。结论通过改变传统教学模式,将医学生为主体的急救技术普及引入新型急诊医学教学模式,在提高学生专业技能的同时,培养学生的职业素质,从而达到提高急诊医学教学质量的目标。Objective To explore the comprehensive cultivation of medical students'professional quality through the first aid popularization mode,which takes medical students as the main body in emergency teaching.Methods To compare the effect of medical students'professional quality between traditional teaching group and teaching reorganization group with medical students as the main body.Results Compared with the traditional group,the final assessment score of the tutor's teaching reorganization of medical students was significantly higher(P<0.05).Meanwhile,most of the students believed that the reform of emergency teaching could help them gain a sense of career satisfaction and increase their career confidence.Conclusions By changing the traditional teaching mode and introducing the first-aid technology with medical students as the main body into the new teaching mode of emergency medicine,the goal of improving the quality of emergency medicine teaching can be achieved by improving students'professional skills and cultivating their professional quality at the same time.
