摘　　要："一带一路"倡议推动企业从"走出去"向成功"走进去"转变,对高职国际化应用人才培养提出了更高要求。基于这一背景分析目前高职院校国际化人才培养的现状及存在的问题,提出"专业+语言+国别"国际化应用人才培养的新模式,从"精专业""懂外语""融文化"三个方面界定模式内涵,分析该模式的改革着力点及具体实施路径,探索提升高职院校学生国际化能力的人才培养模式改革机理,为高职院校推进国际化应用人才培养提供参考借鉴。As the Belt and Road initiative has successfully helped in promoting Chinese enterprises from"Go out" to "Go inside", higher vocational colleges are placed greater demands of cultivating international application talents. The paper narrates the current situation and existing problems of cultivating international application talents in today’s college, and proposes the new mode of training featured "major +language +nationality", and defines the content of it in the following aspects: "precise professional", "well versed in language" and "well versed in culture". Based on this mode, the paper analyzes the emphasis of reform and discusses the ways of promoting international application talents cultivation system, and provides references for operating the new mode of training international application talents to colleges.
