摘 要:针对教育惩戒,我国存在否定论与肯定论的不同看法,在教育实践中也存在一些亟待解决的问题。对此,应当着力矫正单极化赏识教育,树立赏惩并重的教育理念;摆正师生关系,平衡权利—义务、权力—责任两对范畴;引导和促成正确看待教育惩戒的良好、宽松、包容的社会舆论环境;明确教育惩戒的法治地位,制定《教育惩戒法》,实现依法惩戒。As for educational punishment,there are different views ranging from negative to positive theories in China,and challenges remain in educational practice.In this regard,we intend to correct the unipolar appreciative education mode and reinforce the educational principle that both reward and punishment should be emphasized.To straighten out the relationship between teachers and students,and balance right with obligation,power with responsibility,a favorable,relaxed and inclusive public opinion environment that views educational punishment correctly should be created and enhanced.The legal status of educational punishment should be clarified,the educational punishment law be formulated,and the punishment could be exercised according to law.
