摘  要:目的深入了解离职护士离开护理行业的原因,以期为制订有针对性的干预措施提供参考。方法采用目的抽样法,选择上海市10所三级甲等医院的13名离职护士为研究对象,采用半结构式访谈的形式收集资料,现场录音,借助NVivo 8.0软件,根据Colaizzi的7步分析法对资料进行分析,提炼主题。结果护士的离职原因可归纳为5个主题,即:管理机制不够完善、工作环境不够理想、职业认同感较低、难以适应护理工作性质和不契合的职业发展规划。结论护士离职原因涉及多个方面,医院及护理管理者应针对性地采取有效措施,以稳定护理队伍。Objective To explore the reasons for nurses quiting nursing job,and provide a reference for nursing managers to improve nurses’turnover rate.Methods A total of 13 nurses from 10 tertiary hospitals in Shanghai were interviewed by a semi-structured questionnaire.Data were analyzed and summarized according to Colaizzi’s 7-step analysis method with NVivo 8.0 software.Results Five themes were extracted,including the faultiness of management system,unsatisfactory working conditions,low professional identity,the unsuitable nature of the nursing work and mismatched career development plans.Conclusions There are many reasons for nurses quiting nursing job.Hospitals and nursing managers should take effective measures to stabilize the nursing team.
