摘  要:为探索民族地区小学教师心理健康状况,采用心理健康自评量表(SCL-90)对民族地区150名小学教师进行测查,并用SPSS24.0进行数据统计分析。结果显示,近四成小学教师存在心理健康问题,躯体化、强迫、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性因子得分均显著高于全国常模(p<0.01),女性教师的抑郁、焦虑和恐怖因子得分显著高于男性教师(p<0.01),年轻教师心理问题检出率更高,更易出现强迫、焦虑和人际关系敏感等心理问题,教龄短的小学教师更易出现焦虑和强迫症状。学校尤需关注女性教师、年轻教师的心理健康状况,提供相应的培训和心理疏导等措施,促进提升教师心理健康水平。In this paper,150 primary school teachers in minority areas were surveyed by Self-reporting Inventory( SCL-90),and the data were analyzed by SPSS24.0,in order to explore the mental health status of primary school teachers in minority areas,and provide scientific basis for promoting the overall quality of the teaching staff to achieve good results. The results shows that nearly 40% primary school teachers have mental health problems,and the factor scores of somatization,compulsion,anxiety,terror and psychiatric are significantly higher than the national norm( p<0.01);the factor scores of female teachers’ depression,anxiety and terror are significantly higher than that of male teachers( p < 0. 01). Furthermore,young teachers have more psychological problems,more prone to psychological problems such as compulsion,anxiety and interpersonal sensitivity,and primary school teachers with short teaching age are more likely to develop anxiety and compulsive symptoms. In conclusion,schools should pay more attention to the mental health status of female teachers and young teachers,provide corresponding trainings and psychological guidance measures,so as to improve the teachers’ level in mental health.
