摘 要:QuEChERS法样品前处理结合高效液相色谱串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS),建立简便快捷安全的羊奶中红霉素残留的测定方法。方法采用电喷雾离子源ESI,多反应监测(MRM)模式,内标法定量。该方法定性准确,灵敏度高,检测限为5μg/kg,定量限为20μg/kg,在5~200μg/kg浓度范围内线性关系良好(R^2=0.999 8, n=5),精密度良好,日内RSD<3%,日间RSD<10%。QuEChERS method pretreatment combined with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) was used to establish a simple and safe method for determination of erythromycin residues in goat’s milk. The samples were detected by electrospray ion source ESI, positive ion scanning and MRM multi reaction monitoring, and the internal standard method was used to quantify it. The method was qualitative and accurate, and it had high sensitivity, with the limit of detection of 5 μg/kg, and the limit of quantitation of 20 μg/kg. The linear range was 5-200 μg/kg with correlation coefficients(R^2=0.999 8, n=5). The method had good precision, with the within-day RSD<3%, and inter-day RSD<10%.
