初创企业创业学习对绩效的影响：创业决策逻辑的调节作用

摘　　要：创业学习有助于弥补初创企业先天劣势。然而,已有研究对初创企业选择探索式学习或利用式学习提升绩效莫衷一是。从创业学习本质特点出发,基于创业学习理论和效果理论,考察了探索式学习和利用式学习对创业绩效的影响,并识别了创业决策逻辑的调节作用。通过对169家初创企业进行实证分析,结果表明探索式学习对创业绩效有负向效应,效果逻辑会削弱这一效应,而因果逻辑会增强这一效应;利用式学习对创业绩效有着正向效应,效果逻辑会增强这一效应,而因果逻辑会削弱这一效应。Entrepreneurial learning contributes to the alleviation of liabilities of newness and smallness.However,there is no consensus that whether exploration learning or exploitation learning benefits more in existing literature.From the perspective of intrinsic characteristics of entrepreneurial learning,this research applies the entrepreneurial learning theory and effectuation theory to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and new venture performance,and further examines the moderating effect of effectuation and causation.Empirical results from a sample of 169 new ventures show that exploration learning has a negative effect on new venture performance,and this negative effect is weakened by effectuation but strengthened by causation logic;besides,exploitation learning has a positive effect on new venture performance,and this positive effect is strengthened by effectuation but weakened by causation logic.
